EQ and Intuition

A 180 degree stance on how "consciousness," body and emotion, might be directed by mind? So, you might say "mind is emphemeral in quality" in some regards?

All heart you say! "Heart" is the balance between? Involution and evolution

Yet, there is a interplay between, "the body home" and "the abstractual mind" further out, while, they reside "in life," with each other? You had to know that this "schematic" was, and is, deeply implanted within our historical minds in many ways? The strive towards "wholeness" is strong even in the scientist?:)

Harmonical patterns of Jenny's, and the modulation of the brain state? Neural correlates to consiciousness, but of mind working from the other perspective, that inherent patterns will be revealled as the truer source of expression and origination of mind moving and all things following?

If conceived as a series of ever-wider experiential contexts, nested one within the other like a set of Chinese boxes, consciousness can be thought of as wrapping back around on itself in such a way that the outermost 'context' is indistinguishable from the innermost 'content' - a structure for which we coined the term 'liminocentric'.

Things borne in mind, brought to reality, and back again? Liminocentric structures are very important distinction in that toposense, possibly?

When presented with certain ideas it was with the recognition that insight and devlopment might begin from a certain perspective. If you change that perspective arouund a bit, just a bit, and the presumption is a 180 degree position :) how would things look if they had followed from mind directing the neurological flows inside that lump of brain?

Consciouness emerges when this primordial story-the story of a object causally changing the state of the body-can be told using the universal nonverbal vocabulary of body signals. The aparent self emerges as the feeling of a feeling. When the story is first told, sponataneously, without it ever being requested, and furthermore after that hwhen the story is repeated, knowledge about hwat the organism is living through automatically emerges as the answer to a question never asked. From that moment on, we begin to know.

Having some of these books on related subject of intuition and emotion, other issues on the book shelf, I thought because of the event reported by Clifford and others, I would look directly for any wording that might issue in regards to "intuition." I did not find this word in the index, nor in K.C. Cole 's book, "The Hole in the UNiverse."

It is nice to know that times have changed, in regards to the responsibilty and recognition of how this process plays a role in our developing perspectives.:) I would add Joe Polchinski here, but having moved to such abtract realms, it might be to early for the mind to grapple what "inherent model application" this might play in that developing perspective. Still it is nice that Joe offered his perspective there, and all being respective of the science in knowledge pursuate in that event.

EQ and IQ

It is not to hard, when having done research previously, that we will come across ths idea of the Emotional Quotient(EQ) versus the Intellectual one, (IQ).

There seems to be some recognition now of the importance this role now plays?

Life Study, Apart from the Institutions

It is obvious that there is little regard for anything that I have to say in regard to the emotive consequences of developing the EQ instead of the IQ?:) My theoretical idea about colour of gravity, as a measure of the qualities the emotive content, as we move beyond the body home.

Emotional Intelligence (EI), often measured as an Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ), describes an ability, capacity, skill or (in the case of the trait EI model) a self-perceived ability, to identify, assess, and manage the emotions of one's self, of others, and of groups. It is a relatively new area of psychological research. The definition of EI is constantly changing.

This calls to mind the many books that I have read over time, and many philosophies that I had adventured into, too digest some of the principals being expounded. While it is always interesting to read many of their ideas that other people have, it is also the quest in attaining some clarity about oneself and the mechanisms( this makes it sound machine like) yet I do agree to the chemical illustration of the synapse in a thinking brain. What can be injected into that space, that they retain emotive consequences in their memories.


Psychological mindedness

Psychological Mindedness (PM) is a concept which refers to an individual's capacity for self-examination, self-observation, introspection and personal insight.[citation needed] It also includes an ability to recognize and see the links between current problems within self and with others, and the ability to insight one's past particularly for its impact on present attitudes and functioning. Psychologically minded people have average and above average intelligence and generally have some insight into their problems even before they enter therapy. Psychological mindedness is distinct from intellectualizations and obsessional rumination about one's inner problems. The latter is of no help in psychotherapy, but it is a sign of resistance.

One might like to think about the computer technologies, and somehow inject "this mechanism" as a fundamental part of the evolution of the human being, yet, it is only an expression of what one might like to attain in the most perfect technocracy world, that we humans are all that, and nothing more?

So lets think about this a bit before spouting off as some intellectual snob. What is it we can become by observance to the qualities of an emotive cognizable life in measure?

So who are we? We are the life force power of the universe, with manual dexterity and two cognitive minds. And we have the power to choose, moment by moment, who and how we want to be in the world. Right here right now, I can step into the consciousness of my right hemisphere where we are -- I am -- the life force power of the universe, and the life force power of the 50 trillion beautiful molecular geniuses that make up my form. At one with all that is. Or I can choose to step into the consciousness of my left hemisphere. where I become a single individual, a solid, separate from the flow, separate from you. I am Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, intellectual, neuroanatomist. These are the "we" inside of me.

Which would you choose? Which do you choose? And when? I believe that the more time we spend choosing to run the deep inner peace circuitry of our right hemispheres, the more peace we will project into the world and the more peaceful our planet will be. And I thought that was an idea worth spreading.

I found it very degrading that someone would pick apart something I choose of Jill Bolte Taylors selection of writing. I have reprinted it and realized it to be reconquered, what is being said, that the body and mind under such conditions bring the mind to recognize itself as "apart from the body home." "This body" affords the life of that person. It does appear ancient.

I ask you for a minute to consider this. What perception would the individual be speaking from, for it to make such an assessment of the person's own hand, as a claw?

The Heart Connection

If the heart was free from the impurities of sin, and therefore lighter than the feather, then the dead person could enter the eternal afterlife.

Many times we talk about the heart as a physical thing that exists within our bodies. That to supplant it with  mechanical means that the person is some how still whole. But it is more then that for me. The individual in terms of the way in which we as human beings send messages through out our bodies, is as quick as the thought in experience,  can encapsulate our emotions and remembrance "as a tool" is a messenger?

So it is more then the physical aspect of it that is of some importance in my thinking,  that we use it to measure the emotive quality of our being.  To transfer the baser question of our ancient self,  to a more transient capacity of the heart in mind?

It is understood then that the heart is more the connection between the lower reactive part of our being  and the mind with which intellectually we like to deal with the world. So you say you are quite smart but really without this emotive understanding of our being you really are no smarter, but more a reactive ancient product of the evolution just on an animal scale absent of that heart in mind?

So I should clarify more with what I am saying about the idea.  I throw out such thoughts into society.  Somehow having them know what I am talking about. I listed a new label as Heart at the bottom of this post so maybe that will help if you are interested on what thoughts I may have about this heart connection.

So I am going to add some words that may have no comprehension to you. How we change from day to day is how we learn more which helps us to see reality in different ways. Not so localized in the event of your observation that you loose sight of the larger reality? Larger reality?

Ah, so you have collapse the wave theory? So ya, its all data..... lets not be picky:) The realization is, "the measure." That is why I say certain scientists practise "in measure" and VR. An inevitable consequence of applying science in the virtual way.

If I ask you who the objectifier is in the case of your acceptance of NPMR(Non Physical Matter Reality) then who is it that has decided that this experience will have been the result of accepted data?

As a receiver of the data, whether you are aware of it or not, you pick up this information and translate it for an "anticipated future?" How is it you can reason without "not using" the creative imagination here so as to discern the path in life is a consequential and selective one based on the criteria of the life you live now?
How do you imbue memory with out not making an impression with the use of the emotive element of your being in any moment?

The creative imagination then is a predictive feature of how we select events within the anticipated future? For all concerned this is an objectified reality for you(who?) whether it may be deemed subjective or not, as an acceptance of the data we process at a much higher level of observation.

You(who?) already have calculated this and this already exists within the potential of our acceptance. How else could any course of action have been reasoned? This higher function within the context of the subconscious is much more aware of the conditions that exist in the objectified reality as you(who?) see the subtle much clearer then you(everyday life) would by recognizing any dealing in the objectified condense feature? The containment of experience relegates a "kind of gravity" toward the understanding of that which is to aggregate too, is with an emotive realization.

So I would say the objectified understanding and usage of the creative is much more developed in each of us, to be able to see from the perspective of realizing undercurrents that exist in society. What is the current of the individual on mass as the larger collective gathering of the belief?

If you do not practise the understanding of the emotive elements of experience then you will not recognize how you send things to the lived past. I would say then that your EQ is much more important then your IQ. Why I discount your "only intellectual reasoning" as prevalent.

Mr. JOHN A. R. NEWLANDS read a paper entitled "The Law of Octaves, and the Causes of Numerical Relations among the Atomic Weights."[41] The author claims the discovery of a law according to which the elements analogous in their properties exhibit peculiar relationships, similar to those subsisting in music between a note and its octave. Starting from the atomic weights on Cannizzarro's [sic] system, the author arranges the known elements in order of succession, beginning with the lowest atomic weight (hydrogen) and ending with thorium (=231.5); placing, however, nickel and cobalt, platinum and iridium, cerium and lanthanum, &c., in positions of absolute equality or in the same line. The fifty-six elements[42] so arranged are said to form the compass of eight octaves, and the author finds that chlorine, bromine, iodine, and fluorine are thus brought into the same line, or occupy corresponding places in his scale. Nitrogen and phosphorus, oxygen and sulphur, &c., are also considered as forming true octaves. For you, since you mentioned Gurdieff and Ouspensky, how does one translate the octaves(Look at the table of elements and Seaborg) is the realization of harmonic empathetic resonance in other things? You have to be able to translate experience? When is it that you are locked in your own frame of reference and how the objectified selection would be to see this experience from another and higher perspective? Is self remembering "a place of equilibrium?" If the flow of information is unimpeded, move from "the birth of a new universe" from the one previous, how is that done?

You come back to this life "unaware" but you had already set the course of action in the acceptance of reliving life all over again? Why unaware? Imagine then, you set your body of the NPMR within the objectified concrete reality of where you are at now. It is of consequence then that you loose sight of the larger perspective. Emotively we live this way all the time, unaware of the larger perspective. Emotional experience(gravity of the situation) limits that understanding of the larger view because it becomes the lived past?

You have to "inside" transform the baser emotion from "the four square" to the triangle? In ancient time, the process of four square was an arrangement of astrological process of the Plato's elements. Quintessence comes later? Since I am not an alchemist I would say the understanding is that any baser emotion has to go through this transformation in order to reach Quintessence?

Hence once this change( our acceptance and our responsibility of being and its never emotively over) takes place, our understanding then is that the experience in reality "is a frame of reference?"

I had placed this in terms of the Socratic development later, but you might also then see some correspondence toward how experience is based on the emotive hierarchical understanding of placement on that triangle. What does the "tip" represent?

This then is the transition too, "the heart" in mind.:) How does one then "raise the octave?" The heart then becomes a very important location between the lower and higher centres? This does not say we overcome "the emotive struggle" because it is forever the emotive struggle toward perfecting. Toward reasoning in a "higher emotive mind."

I will say I was able to identify some correlation to "predictive outcomes by chance" by looking at the I CHING constructive formation. Trigrams and hexagrams as constituents of a the formative experience of an ancient way of thinking. You always had to have "the question in mind" for an outcome to have materialize in chance parameters of how outcome was constructed, as a choice of direction? Yarrow sticks, or, roll the dice.

 Explain logic in the simplest terms possible  as the 'aha moment.'
  
 It is placed as a philosophical question of how can we simplify that transference....but in context of VR and in measure how can you measure your intuition and recognize the truth in the most simplest of statements?

Your aha is a immediate recognition of the greater potential as it all comes together in your mind in a split second? There is no possible way to measure that in any VR way?

Unless, you believe it is the synapse with which such potentials allow information into your brain. You know I mean more then just the matter aspect of the thinking potential. The complete grokking of the subject at hand.

So the synapse is a portal of a kind in terms of your connection to a vast reservoir of information? If you stand at the portal, and have access to all information, how big is your memory that you can draw from experience? If you are standing "at the portal" then it is about your last question asked. Who is the questioner/observer but to have realized you are an accumulation of the information you have assimilated in life? It is more then the question itself if you understand what I am saying. It is more then a question mark appearing at the end of the sentence.
 

A Type 'Zero' Civilization

Thanks for your clarity and your whole comment. It help to restore some of my faith based on truth objectification of the place we are currently at, with the views you have shared of our society. Our status.

I was confusing some signs within our society of a progression of sorts with the ideas of technology advancements, yet there was little done on the human species itself in terms of that psychology. Stressing the value of an IQ above the ideas I have about the EQ,  how our society can escape that abstraction of being without attaching the human values seen in computerization development was a case i point about the development of those technologies.

Did we want automatons what ever their guise to be the sheople of a society that looks at us no more then, cold and unsympathetic as sentient beings whatever our shapes. I mean what I had proposed of the Greys is unsettling to me, that such a servant of society could have been created  which does no more then the bidding of that civilization. What it was designed for.

Even this idea is alien in that what I might have thought about as this dysfunction of our society could have been seen as a resource based on the objectification and goals of some alien civilization,  is really my primitive mind looking at it. I would want to think that spiritually the advancements in our psychology makeup would be the advance to those degrees of that  civilization could have developed too, that we would in part be develop our societies here on earth.

Seven billion inhabitants on this earth......what would one put before them that such progressions would be to excel our civilizations as a family toward the future? Introduce some new religion, some corporate ideal, or something that is new to the peoples as to join them toward that future of sharing and growth, as potentials of us as beings?

How many of you had thought the body you inhibit as a "vessel or a crucible?" I related in the previous post to ""Democritus had Passion and Heat?" to the idea of "Passion and Creativity" as as things that relate to the heat?

Now you ask what the heck is this to mean?

Well I spoke briefly on the woodcuts in "Hermetic Ties: Art to Esoteric Form" to demonstrate what the alchemist like to do as they used an "artistic form" of their day. To hide these "analogies" about just such a thing as I am describing in relation to the body and the crucible as being very similar.


The original of Splendor Solis which contained seven chapters appeared in Augsburg. In miniatures the works of Albrecht Dürer, Hans Holbein and Lucas Cranach were used. The author of the manuscript was considered to be a legendary Salomon Trismosin, allegedly the teacher of Paracelsus. The work itself consists of a sequence of 22 elaborate images, set in ornamental borders and niches. The symbolic process shows the classical alchemical death and rebirth of the king, and incorporates a series of seven flasks, each associated with one of the planets. Within the flasks a process is shown involving the transformation of bird and animal symbols into the Queen and King, the white and the red tincture. Although the style of the Splendor Solis illuminations suggest an earlier date, they are quite clearly of the 16th century

I gave a picture of a woodcut, as example of this, and what it means. As well, the relationship to the "Emerald tablet for consideration" in this thought about creativity and passion. About "distilling the very essence" we are made up of, as we think about things. As we give "colour and meaning to emotive happenings" that you are not aware, yet exist, in a "colouring of a sort outside you" you never knew about?

Do I fare better in my emotional disposition? I have to say I am quite human, in my struggle to identify those things that I develop in my relations, and wish for better then the Zen Master, whose anger quickly dissipates. :)

See again the relationship I used in regards to Democritus. While it is indeed old these comparisons I make of the history as science evolved, did you think that they would have been discarded? Even in this day and age, the art form of pursuing the excellence in the human being without applying this alchemist attitude to life is not without the perspective I share with Jung. Also in those who are trying to understand the EQ (Emotional quotient) now adopted in the understanding of the human being?



I belong to no group or faction, but deal with this from a perspective of research and understanding in relation to studying "the self." The "psychological aspect of this work" not only from an historical perspective, but from a understanding of today's psychology as well.

Am I credentialed? Am I a scientist? Of course not. So from that standpoint the ownest is to "weight the ideas" that I put forth, and for you to find whether your recognize "the truth" in what I say. It is not my intent to spread disinformation(token authority) and propagate illusions in the dealing with reality.

My work is to further expose our "subtle actions" from ways which have not been dealt with before? Including the way in which "new concepts are developed" in relation to science. IN this respect, I may be called "the seer" but do so with great respect of what Smolin set out to distinguish, understanding fully, the responsibility of the work of science to work from testability and experimental procedures.

The Synesthesist

For someone who sees as a Synesthesist, even though I do not see like them, I am able to "make the comparison," built from "modelling perspectives" that I developed while compiling and doing my own research.

Even the Synesthesist will have to ask themself whether what I portray is significant in there own research and understanding, as they are continuing to apply and understanding the "sensual imputes" that have been "cross wired." I may work from a "conceptual basis?"

I am trying to bring "this point of view of my own" from the metaphysical realm, and give it meaning in relation to our lives today. Hence I could be labeled the "broken flower pot," while giving a "vast view of the interrelationships" that I have been working.

A crucible is a cup-shaped piece of laboratory equipment used to contain chemical compounds when heating them to very high temperatures. The receptacle is usually made of porcelain or an inert metal.
Use in Ash Content Determination

Ash is the completely unburnable inorganic salts in a sample. A crucible can be similarly used to determine the percentage of ash contained in an otherwise burnable sample of material such as coal, wood, or oil. A crucible and its lid are pre-weighed at constant mass as described above. The sample is added to the completely dry crucible and lid and together they are weighed to determine the mass of the sample by difference. The crucible, lid, and sample are then fired to constant mass to completely burn up the sample, leaving behind only the completely unburnable ash. After cooling in dryness, the crucible, lid, and remaining ash are weighed to find the mass of the ash from the sample by difference. The fraction of ash (by mass) in the sample is determined by the dividing the mass of the ash by the mass of the sample before burning, which is done by subtracting the weight of the crucible and lid from the figure of the container, lid, and sample.

As mentioned in article by Technology Review the idea of previous information as to supplying data would have to be identified in future experiments as confirmations. In this instance information gained from Taylor and Hulse  in terms of binary star rotations closeness.
